Pricing questions

How does billing work?
All invoices are issued in Italian XML SdI format and transmitted to the Italian Revenue Agency's Sistema di Interscambio (SdI). We support SDI codes and PEC. Payment is monthly in advance with 22% VAT for Italian customers; reverse-charge applies for EU VAT-registered businesses.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the dashboard: pro-rata is computed automatically. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
We don't block sending: you pay overage per 1,000 additional emails at your plan's rate. The account admin is notified at 75%, 90% and 100% of the threshold.
Is there a free trial?
No, we don't offer free trials. We prefer a low-cost entry plan with monthly billing, no commitment, the ability to cancel at any time and assisted migration included.
Can I pay by bank transfer or PayPal?
Yes. Stripe (card + SEPA Direct Debit) is the primary method, but we also accept bank transfer for annual orders or above a certain threshold. PayPal is not currently supported.
Can I have a dedicated IP?
Yes, on Growth and higher plans (or as an add-on). It includes a gradual 30-day warmup guided by our team.
